Nocera, a seafood company based in Taipei, Taiwan, has entered into a purchase agreement to acquire 229 acres for fish farms within the city limits of Montgomery. The purchase price is $865,000 and is expected to close by Oct. 31. It will mark Nocera’s first entry into fish farming in the U.S. – Yahoo! Finance

 

Luxury apartments planned for Mobile

The investor who paid $5.8 million for 45 acres in the Rangeline Crossing development in the Tillman’s Corner area of Mobile plans to develop a luxury apartment complex there with 835 units. Construction is scheduled to begin within the next year. – AL.com
