The Bluffs at Greystone, a 137-unit senior living facility, is ready to open in Birmingham.
Developed by Michigan-based KIRCO and Georgia-based Phoenix Senior Living, the complex includes 63 independent living units, 50 assisted living units and 24 memory care units.
An indoor pool, wellness center, yoga studio, dining area, pub, salon and spa are included as well as outdoor facilities for pickle ball and bocce ball.
