Robins & Morton recently celebrated the grand opening of Paradise Pointe of Ormond Beach. The three-story, 75,000-square-foot assisted living and memory care facility in Florida is owned and operated by local physicians.
At the celebration, future residents went on guided tours of the 87 private apartments, a full-service restaurant, fitness center, billiards room, movie theater and spa.
“The design of the facility is based on improving the life and well-being of aging adults,” said Darlinda Copeland, CEO of Paradise Pointe. “It is our mission to keep our community intimate, small and comfortable so every care-team member knows each and every resident.”
BPF Design Inc., of Daytona Beach, served as the architect, with Robins & Morton serving as general contractor.
Robins & Morton, headquartered in Birmingham, specializes in the construction of health care, hospitality, higher education, entertainment, sports and government buildings. It also has offices in Huntsville, Charlotte, Dallas, Miami, Nashville Orlando, Raleigh-Durham, San Antonio and Tampa.
