RWK Residential, a multifamily management firm, has opened Highfield Madison, a 258-unit apartment community located west of Huntsville.

Developed and owned by i3, the community offers one and two-bedroom residential floorplans, with each unit having Shaker-style cabinetry, granite countertops and modern finishes. Located in Madison, the property offers convenient access to retailers such as Sprouts Farmer’s Market Grocery and Academy Sports and is in close proximity to the Village of Providence and Mid City.

“We are excited to open Highfield Madison and see our residents experience its best-in-class finishes, amenities and hands-on service provided by our dedicated team. No detail was spared by i3 in conceiving this luxurious community,” said RKW’s Kathy Olson, leader of the Highfield Madison property management team.

Residents can enjoy the community’s lounge, game room, library with coworking studios, walking trail or outdoor fireplace with fireside seating.

i3 Chief Operating Officer Doug Demiano said, “We look forward to having our first residents move into their new luxury apartment homes this summer and serving the growing housing needs of the Huntsville community.”
