John Gardner, president and CEO of Luckie.

Luckie, the Birmingham-based marketing agency, has launched Luckie Health, a dedicated practice within the agency for health care marketing.

Kamal Prince heads up Luckie Health.

“Everything about the healthcare ecosystem is changing at a rapid pace, and the companies that embrace data and insights to drive impact across the patient-provider-payer continuum will win,” said John Gardner, president and CEO of Luckie. “We understand how complex and interconnected the landscape is and we’re here to create solutions that are based on science, not luck.”

Kamala Prince, a 20-plus-year veteran of patient marketing and product launches at biotech and pharmaceutical companies, is leading Luckie Health. She has been with Luckie since 2018. Her group, which also includes Brian Lamkin and John Petersen, reports to Gardner, who also has 30 years of health care marketing experience.

“Luckie Health is a specialized consulting group within our agency,” said Prince, vice president and managing director for Luckie Health. “We offer an industry expertise and an analytical approach that’s compelling and on target for the unique challenges facing healthcare companies.”
