Lake Homes Realty and RealSource Title Insurance and Real Estate Closing plan to expand, adding 400 new jobs over the next five years and moving to new corporate headquarters in Meadowbrook in Hoover.
Lakes Homes Realty serves 33 states and is the nation’s largest lake real estate brokerage. RealSource operates in 12 states. Both have been located in Hoover for four years.

“We toured a wide variety of office space available in Jefferson and Shelby counties and were very impressed,” Glenn Phillips said. “500 Corporate Parkway met our current business needs while having plenty of room for future growth. In addition to the building’s layout and amenities, 500 Corporate Parkway offers great visibility from Highway 280 to help with our branding.”
The companies signed a 10-year lease for 500 Corporate Parkway, which is owned by SBD Partners and managed by Colliers International.
Alabama-based Williams Blackstock Architects will design the new corporate offices, and renovations and relocation will include $1 million in new capital investment.
