Hansen Heating and Air, based in Mobile, has been acquired by Florida-based Air Pros USA.
Hansen has operated in Mobile and along the Gulf Coast since 2006. Owner Chad Setchell will continue to oversee operations in that region.
The acquisition doubles the reach of Air Pros, the company says in announcing the deal, giving the Florida firm more than 350 vehicles and 500 technicians, plus a customer base topping 100,000. It expands Air Pros’ reach to seven states and a dozen metro areas.
“Hansen’s strong market presence and positive reputation along the Gulf Coast made them a perfect fit to join the Air Pros family as we continue to expand and acquire additional HVAC companies across the U.S.,” said Anthony Perera, founder of Air Pros USA. “They are well run, and we see even greater growth opportunities for Hansen as we apply our technology to increase their efficiency and value to both customers and employees.”
