Florence’s Cox Creek Shopping Center sells

Cox Creek Shopping Center, in Florence, has a new owner.

Cox Creek Shopping Center was built in 1984 and renovated in 2000, the 101,501-square-foot shopping center is co-anchored by Ross Dress for Less; Bed, Bath & Beyond; and Jo-Ann Fabrics.

The property, formerly owned by Israeli-American investment firm Zim Urban USA, was purchased by a Mexican-American private equity firm. Friedman Real Estate, through advisors Steven Silverman and Ryan Wilner, advised on both sides of the $7 million transaction.

Friedman Real Estate offers clients advisory, property management, multi-family, brokerage and construction services. It currently manages more than 140 commercial properties and more than 22,000 apartment homes throughout the United States.
