Sales have opened for a new condominium project along Terry Cove in Orange Beach.

Abaco Orange Beach will include 259 condominium units, in two-, three- and four-bedroom configurations.

The project will start with 73 units in two buildings. Amenities for the development include 840 feet of waterfront, a marina, pool with lazy river, children’s pool, fire pits, fitness center, pickleball courts and a park overlooking the water.

Units are planned with shiplap walls, kitchen islands, gas appliances, stainless appliances, engineered wood floors and spacious private storage. The exterior of the resort will also include boardwalks, deep-water frontage, walking trails, covered parking and boat slips.

Developers are Cunningham Head LLC, based in Orange Beach, and J. Alan Kent Development, based in Houston, Texas.
