Colliers Southeast brokers $9.7 million sale of two Huntsville retail centers

The Magna Carta and Madison Corners both offer service-oriented tenants

Colliers Southeast has arranged for the sale of Magna Carta and Madison Corners in Huntsville. The two separate deals combined have a sales value of $9.75 million.

Magna Carta is a 22,378-square-foot retail center located on Memorial Parkway. The $4.85 million sale was between Magna Carta Place LLC and new owner Washington-based Pacific West Land. The center has 12 tenants, including Results Physiotherapy, Bedzzz Express, Marco’s Pizza, T-Mobile, Great Clips and First Franklin.

Madison Corners.

Madison Corners, which spans 14,400 square feet and hosts seven retailers including Stretch Zone, Tropical Smoothie and Firehouse Subs, was sold to a private buyer based in Montgomery for $4.9 million. Russell Reality represented the buyer, while Colliers Southeast represented the private seller. Madison Corners is located on Balch Road, adjacent to Madison Hospital and across from the Clift Farm mixed-use community.
