Capstone Building Corp. has completed phase two of the Warner Robins Redevelopment Plan — Gateway Pointe in Warner Robins, Georgia. Phase one was completed in October 2019.

Gateway Pointe, developed by Penrose LLC, is a four-building, 96,356-square-foot, family rental community near Robins Air Force Base. The complex has 90 units, divided into one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments with modern kitchens, large closets and a washer and dryer included.

The project is a collaboration with the Georgia Veterans Education Career Transition Resource Center (VECTR), which offers housing for active-duty military personnel and veterans. Onsite learning experiences include career counseling, educational coaching and workforce training.

“We are extremely grateful to work for Penrose LLC and VECTR on this meaningful project in bringing affordable and accessible housing to veterans in the Warner Robins area,” said Jay Chapman, president and CEO of Capstone.

In addition to the units, the development has a fitness center, business center with computer stations, secured access entry, on-site management and 24-hour emergency call service.
