A 17-story mixed-use building in downtown Greenville is Brasfield & Gorrie’s latest addition to the South Carolina city’s skyline.
Falls Tower, the final parcel built within the Camperdown development, is almost 230,000 square feet, including seven floors of office space, retail and restaurant space, conference space and 18 condominiums.
“The hard work of our employees and trade partners, as well as the partnership of Centennial American Properties, WCM Global Wealth Management and the city of Greenville, made this successful completion possible,” said Brasfield & Gorrie Vice President and Division Manager Ben Barfield. “Falls Tower will encourage new business opportunities in the city’s downtown and contribute to Greenville’s vibrant community.”
Brasfield & Gorrie, based in Birmingham, has had an office in Greenville since 2013. The contractor has worked in the city for more than 30 years, working on nearly 60 projects valued at more than $435 million in Greenville.
