WRM Group LLC of Alabama, a consortium of of three insurance agencies, has joined Texas-based Higginbotham, an independent insurance, financial and HR services firm.

WRM Group was formed last year with Byars|Wright Inc., Flowers Insurance and Pritchett-Moore Insurance.
