White-Spunner Construction is the construction manager on the new performing arts center at Enterprise State Community College for the Alabama Community College System.

The $30 million center will encompass 50,000 square feet and seat 600. The auditorium will have professional-grade theatrical lighting and rigging, as well as feature an academic wing spanning two floors for classrooms, choir, theater and fine art.

The White-Spunner Construction team and college staff members celebrates the groundbreaking of Enterprise State Community College’s new performing arts center.

“Since the performing arts center will be the first new build on the ESCC campus in over 30 years, it is essential that our program management team offers the necessary insight to ensure the project’s successful and timely completion,” said Jeff Carrico, chief operations officer of WSC. “Our program management team acts as the owner’s representative and is a liaison between the design team and multiple prime contractors, ensuring the project meets the quality and budget expectations of the Alabama Community College System.”

The project is expected to be complete in December 2024.
