Sanders Capital acquires Bessemer hangar

Birmingham-based Sanders Capital Partners has purchased a hangar at Bessemer Municipal Airport. The real estate acquisition firm also owns nearly 50,000 square feet of corporate aircraft hangars at the airport. The newest acquisition is 11,392 square feet. – AL.com

Caddell prison contract is for $623 million

A redacted version of a contract between the State of Alabama and Montgomery-based Caddell Construction shows the company will be paid $623 million to build a new prison in Elmore County. The facility will be a 4,000-bed men’s prison. – Alabama Political Reporter

 

ULA union employees approve new contract
