Viva Health expands in north Alabama

Coastal chamber launching female-centric speaker series
The Coastal Alabama Business Chamber is launching a quarterly speaker series called PowHER Hour+ on Feb. 24. Stacy Brown, founder of Chicken Salad Chick, will be the first speaker in the series, designed to highlight women entrepreneurs. Salad restaurant expanding into Alabama
Chopt Creative Salad Company will be entering the Alabama market later this month with a location at the Summit in Birmingham. The restaurant specializes in salads, bowls and artisan salad dressings. Based in New York, Chopt has more than 60 locations. – AL.com
ULA rocket on its way to Florida for launch
A rocket built by ULA in Decatur is on its way to Cape Canaveral for a launch that will send a privately built robotic lander to the moon. The Vulcan Centaur will launch from Cape Canaveral’s historic and newly refurbished Launch Complex 41. – WESH 2
