UNA, MartinFed sign learning agreement

The agreement will provide MartinFed employees with a tuition scholarship

The University of North Alabama and MartinFed, a Huntsville-based cyber security firm, have signed a learning agreement that will benefit MartinFed employees interested in pursuing a degree. The employees would receive a tuition scholarship.

“Investing in our outstanding team members is a priority at MartinFed,” said Matthew Schmitz, chief growth officer at the company.

The partnership is effective immediately and expected to benefit MartinFed’s 200 employees based across the United States. The employees can pursue online, on-campus, graduate or undergraduate degrees.

UNA, in Florence, offers credentialed certificate, associate’s, bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral programs.

MartinFed offers the United States government and commercial clients with cybersecurity, advanced IT, training and engineering and technical solutions.
