ULA in $1.1 Billion Contract in Rockets for Air Force, Spy Office

The Boeing-Lockheed Martin joint venture, United Launch Alliance, has been selected for a contract valued at nearly $1.1 billion to build seven rockets for the U.S. Air Force and the National Reconnaissance Office. The contract tasks ULA with configuring Atlas and Delta launch vehicles.

ULA employs about 800 people in Decatur, building rockets.
