Birmingham-based architecture firms Poole & Company and Line Scale Form have merged.
The company now has 24 employees. Poole & Company’s principals are John Poole, Kyle D’Agostino and Kelly Mullins, with Bruce Herrington, Line Scale Form’s former owner, becoming a senior project manager at Poole & Company.
“Bruce Herrington is a respected leader in the areas of multifamily and higher education,” said Poole, founder of Poole & Company. “We are elated to add him to our team. His team’s depth of experience complements our current competencies, enabling us to tackle projects of greater scale and complexity.”
The merged company said it plans a move to larger office space to accommodate its growth.
