Strategic Tax & Accounting LLC has acquired Gloria Winton CPA in Cullman. This marks the second Cullman accounting firm that has been acquired by Strategic Tax & Accounting.
Focused on small business accounting, tax planning and tax saving advice for small business owners, Strategic Tax & Accounting has three locations in the state. The Cullman office now has three CPAs and seven degreed accountants with plans to hire two additional staff members by the end of the year.
The firm of Gloria Winton CPA will maintain its existing clients and character while incorporating Strategic Tax & Accounting’s strategies.
