Seay Seay & Litchfield PC awarded $7.5m Army contract

Seay Seay & Litchfield has done a number of projects across Alabama including the Haleyville Reserve Center, which houses five units from the Army National Guard and the Army Reserves.

Montgomery-based Seay Seay & Litchfield PC has been awarded a $7.5 million firm-fixed-price contract for architectural and engineering services by the U.S. Army. Overseeing the contract is the U.S. Property and Fiscal Office, Alabama.

SSL was chosen from among seven firms that bid on the work, which has an estimated completion date of April 2026.

Seay Seay & Litchfield has been performing architectural and landscape architectural services for almost 45 years for residential, private, educational, government and commercial clients. The firm also offers interior architecture and graphic design services, as well as planning and programming services that help clients manage climate control, technology resources and maximization of space.

The company was founded in 1977 by the late Jim Seay Sr. Today, its principals are Jim Seay Jr., Frank Litchfield III, Greg O’Neal and Wes Osmer.
