The Birmingham office of NAI Chase Commercial real estate firm has been selected to handle leasing at Grants Mill Station shopping center in Irondale.
The 228,000-square-foot center just of I-20 is anchored by Southeastern Salvage and Irondale Pickers. More than 23,000 vehicles a day travel Crestwood Boulevard near the center, NAI Chase reports.
“Grants Mill Station has two unique anchors in Southeastern Salvage and Irondale Pickers that drive a lot of traffic to the center,” says Jay Hornbuckle, who is vice president of property management in Birmingham for NAI Chase. “We’re looking forward to updating the center and adding a few new tenants that complement the existing tenants. We hope Grants Mill Station can become a staple in the Irondale community as well as attract people from surrounding areas due to some of the exclusive offerings our tenants can provide.”
