Mobile-based Saad Development Corp. has closed on 7.5 acres in Gunnison, Colorado, paving the way for a $9.2 million FedEx distribution center. The 38,000-square-foot facility will have an attached FedEx retail store. – Gunnison Country Times

 

Missouri software provider plans purchase of Opelika landscape software company

Aspire Software, based in Missouri,  has entered into agreements to acquire two companies, including LandOne Software, a cloud-based digital landscape design tool that was founded in Opelika. The other company is Go iLawn. – WKYT
