Attorney donates business scholarships to ASU

Eric Welch Guster, a Birmingham attorney and Alabama State University alumnus, has given $50,000 to his alma mater to establish an endowed scholarship for students in the College of Business Administration. Guster will also mentor students who receive his scholarship. – Birmingham Times

Bobby Flay’s Bobby’s Burgers considering Alabama

Bobby’s Burgers, the hamburger chain with celebrity chef Bobby Flay’s name behind it, is considering a location in the Birmingham area. The chain is looking at The Summit, Avondale and Five Points South areas as possible locations.
