A class action lawsuit has been filed in California against Hyundai after allegations the automaker used a parts supplier that used child labor in Alabama. Reuters has reported that children as young as 12 have been employed by SMART Alabama in Luverne. Both Hyundai and SMART have denied the allegations. The suit was filed on behalf of owners and lessees of Hyundai vehicles. – AL.com

 

Birmingham entertainment venue closes
