Huntsville knocked Boulder, Colorado, out of the top spot on U.S. News & World Report’s list of the 2022-2023 Best Places to Live list. Birmingham ranked 71st, Montgomery 125th and Mobile 130th on the list that used factors such as job market, value, quality of life and net migration ratings. – U.S. News & World Report

 

Hoover apartments sell for $15.4 million

A 160-unit Hoover apartment complex has sold for $15.37 million. City Heights Hoover was sold by a California investment group to a joint venture between 3MC Partners and Hinze Real Estate Partners.   – AL.com

Encompass building Houston hospital
