Decatur OKs riverfront development

The Decatur City Council voted to move forward with a proposed development along the Tennessee River. Real Estate developer Patrick Lawler, who built City Harbor in Guntersville, will enter a lease agreement with the city for the land where Ingalls Harbor currently sits. – News 19
