Birmingham developer has Richmond-area plans

Birmingham-based Pivotal Residential is planning a 324-unit project in the Bon Air area of Chesterfield County near Richmond, Virginia. The project encompasses 31 acres and about a dozen buildings. The firm is seeking rezoning of the land to allow for the project.  – Richmond BizSense
