Fleming Farms has become Huntsville’s newest senior living community.
Under construction since the fall of 2019, Fleming Farms features 183 apartment homes to meet the needs and preferences of seniors looking for independent, assisted living and memory care options. It consists of 118 independent living units, 33 assisted living units and 32 memory care units.
“It’s a place where senior living comfort meets sophistication, where residents will enjoy maintenance-free living in a spacious environment and experience a continuum of care,” said Fleming Farms Executive Director Mandy Hamilton.
Owned by Dominion Partners and operated by Bridge Senior Living, Fleming Farms offers an on-site concierge, a 24-hour emergency response system with on-site monitoring and daily check-in, stainless steel appliances, standard-size stackable washers and dryers in the independent living apartments and other high-end fixtures and finishes.
On-site services include access to physical, occupational and speech therapy professionals, access to licensed nurses, innovative lifestyle programming and educational activities, events and outings, transportation options to area shopping, local errands or appointments and a medication assistance or management offering.
Birmingham-based Dominion Partners specializes in senior living and multi-family/mixed use properties. Other senior living developments the company developed includes Somerby St. Vincent’s One Nineteen, Somerby Mobile and Somerby Jones Farm, to mention a few.
