CVS Health will close its distribution center in Bessemer over the next two months. It’s not known how many employees will be affected by the closing of the facility on Morgan Road, just off I-459. – WVTM 13

 

Mobile unveils Brookley by the Bay plan

The City of Mobile has finished a master plan for development of 98 acres on Mobile Bay’s western shore. Plans for the park, called Brookley by the Bay, include an amphitheater, playgrounds, dog park, beach access and more. – Bama Buzz

Dothan-based Flowers Insurance Agency has agreed to merge with Where Relationships Matter Group.
