Two Alabama entities are teaming up, as Jack’s Family Restaurants has selected Big Communications as its agency of record.
Big, based in Birmingham, will handle strategy, creative, traditional media, public relations and digital content creation for the Birmingham-based fast-food restaurant chain that is planning further expansion in 2023.
“We look forward to partnering with Jack’s at this point in its history. With a strong regional identity and solid leadership team, we feel it is poised to build upon its legacy,” said John Montgomery, founder and CEO, Big Communications. “This allows Big to do what it does best: deliver solid thinking that impacts the present and shapes the future.”
Big will assist with new restaurant openings and market relaunches of the chain that offers burgers, chicken, fries, shakes and more.
“We are impressed with Big’s mindset that combines creative and earned media to drive business results,” said Billie Jo Waara, CMO of Jack’s Family Restaurants. “Our decision to work with a strong local, creative agency means we can continue to build upon our guests’ love of our Southern heritage while we continue to grow and expand in communities throughout the region.”
Founded in 1960 in Homewood, Jack’s now has 210 locations in four states.
