Austal USA, based in Mobile, has opened a shipyard in San Diego adjacent to Naval Base San Diego. The facility will provide full-service repair, maintenance and modernization services for small surface combatants, unmanned and autonomous vessels, and auxiliary ships. – Naval News

The Sanders Trust, a health care real estate investment and development company, announced the completion of Dignity Health East Valley Rehabilitation Hospital in Gilbert, Arizona. The Sanders Trust is owner and developer of the $33 million hospital that has 40 beds. – Sanders Trust
