Tuscaloosa will be first SI college town resort

A hotel, condos, dining, entertainment and more will be part of a complex in Tuscaloosa, the first of Sports Illustrated’s college town resorts. The resorts are a joint venture between SI’s Sports Hospitality Ventures and Travel + Leisure Co. It is expected to open in 2025. – AL.com

 

Radiance awarded nearly $50 million contract

Huntsville-based Radiance Technologies was awarded a $49.7 million contract for aerial intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance support services for the U.S. Army. The work will be performed at Fort Belvoir, Virginia.  – Defense Daily

Redstone opens Scottsboro High School branch

Redstone Federal Credit Union has opened a new student-run branch in Scottsboro High School. It’s the eighth student branch of Redstone in Alabama, and eight students have been trained to run it.  – News 19
