DOD to review Space Command Alabama decision
The Department of Defense’s Office of Inspector General will review the U.S. Air Force’s decision to put U.S. Space Command headquarters at Redstone Arsenal near Huntsville. Officials from Colorado had questioned the decision when it was announced in January. Brasfield & Gorrie working to dismantle malfunctioning crane in Atlanta
A crane that malfunctioned in Midtown Atlanta Friday morning, not injuring anyone but temporarily closing several businesses, including a medical office, is being reinforced so it can be safely dismantled. A mechanical failure caused the crane, owned by Birmingham-based Brasfield & Gorrie, to tilt as it was being dismantled Friday.  – The Atlanta Journal-Constitution

Deadline extended for ‘Ready, Set, Pitch’ competition
The deadline has been extended until March 31 for owners of developing Black businesses to submit a pitch video for Black Market Street’s “Ready, Set, Pitch” competition. All videos will be featured on YouTube, and the top 20 will be eligible for more promotion and prizes, including $2,000 for the first-prize winner.
