Auto supplier plans $10 million expansion

Colorado group buys Montgomery apartment complex
Colorado’s Highlands Vista Group has purchased Zelda Pointe, a 160-unit complex in Montgomery. The group bought the complex from Southeast Investment Services for $9.4 million. – Yield Pro
