Sanders Capital Partners LLC has purchased Bonne Sante Professional Building in Oxford for $6.5 million.
The 23,675-square-foot multi-tenant building is home to several medical facilities, including Forefront Dermatology, Prestige Medical Spa, a Mohs surgical practice and Core Orthopedics.
