Birmingham-based Sanders Capital Partners has acquired the Pima Transitional Living Facility in Tucson, Arizona. The 14,500-square-foot facility is home to America’s Rehab Campuses, a behavioral health care provider.  – AL.com

 

Hoover planning commission approves mixed-use project

The Hoover Planning and Zoning Commission approved a plan for a mixed-use commercial and residential development on 91 acres in the Riverchase area. Plans for Riverwalk, led by Healthcare Resources real estate development company and Signature Homes, include commercial buildings, multi-family residences, hotel rooms and the Riverwalk Health and Wellness Center. – Hoover Sun
