Roberts Brothers Inc. has acquired the property management division of Mannich Real Estate. With the acquisition, Roberts Brothers Property Management will now manage close to 400 rental properties in Mobile and Baldwin counties.
Mannich Real Estate was started in 1971 in Fairhope by Arthur Mannich, and his family has continued the property management and real estate business, which is currently led by Bob Mannich.
“Partnering with Roberts Brothers was a natural fit because they align with so many things that Mannich Real Estate values as well,” said Derek Stillman, managing broker at Mannich Real Estate.
Daniel Dennis, CEO of Roberts Brothers, said of the acquisition, “The Mannich team brings extraordinary experience and an impeccable reputation to our organization. They emphasize a people-first approach and will be a tremendous asset to our family-oriented culture at Roberts Brothers.”
Roberts Brothers was started in 1946 by John and David Roberts, and is celebrating its 75th anniversary. The company has nearly 300 team members in five offices and offers brokerage, relocation, vacation rental and property management services. Roberts Brothers is owned by HomeServices of America, a Berkshire Hathaway Energy company, headquartered in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
