Auto parts maker plans layoffs

Auto parts maker WKW North American has notified the state of Alabama it plans to lay off 140 employees at its Pell City plant. The announcement of the layoffs, which will start in February, came on the state’s Warn list, where employers are required to note layoffs and closures. â€“ Made in Alabama
