Proveer Senior Living has acquired the 90-unit Vitality Living Regency community in Mobile. The acquisition marks the eighth overall for Proveer and its fifth in the state of Alabama.
The community, which has been renamed Proveer at Port City and has 70 assisted living units and 20 memory care units, will undergo a comprehensive interior and exterior renovation that is anticipated to be complete by year end. Renovations will include new flooring; fresh colors, furniture and fixtures; a full exterior makeover and upgraded technology platform.Â
Proveer at Port City joins Proveer at Heritage Woods, marking Proveer at Port City as the company’s second facility in Mobile.
With corporate headquarters in McKinney, Texas, Proveer has operational headquarters in Birmingham and communities in Birmingham and Huntsville, as well as Mobile. In addition, the company operates communities in Oklahoma and Texas. The company is actively seeking to expand across the Southeast.
