As a child, Tom Dekle couldn’t wait to share a Milo’s hamburger with his father – to this day, it brings back great memories.
These days, though, Dekle is running Milo’s, as CEO of the Birmingham-based chain.
He’s been there a little over a decade, seeing the restaurant through some menu changes, growth and, of course, COVID-19.
This year is Milo’s 75th anniversary, and Dekle attributes the restaurant’s longevity to its simplicity – including its somewhat controversial sauce — and to its people.
