Jack and Patti Phillips, through their Birmingham-based ROI Institute, have spent decades consulting with companies about return of investment on projects.
That’s also the subject of their 75th and latest book, “Show the Value of What You Do: Measuring and Achieving Success in Any Endeavor.”
On the podcast, the two talk about the book and also the ROI Institute, where he is chairman and she’s CEO. They have about 100 consultants who use their methods worldwide, and they’ve worked in about 70 countries.
The two also talk about hurdles companies face when determining ROI and how they can overcome them.
