Over the past 40 years, his consulting firm, Ken Chapman & Associates, has worked with more than 500 facilities on four continents, often talking about workplace safety issues.
On this week’s podcast, Chapman talks about his new book, his sixth, called “Safety Beyond the Numbers.”
In it, he an co-author Tony Orlowski, an executive vice president at McWane Inc., give advice to managers and others about workplace safety and how to maintain it and they explore the importance of workplace safety issues in a company’s culture.
