Chloe Cook has seen Sidewalk Film Festival through some high highs and low lows during her 15 years as executive director.
This year, still recovering from a major pivot during the pandemic, the festival expects to return to pre-pandemic crowds, and at least one industry magazine has named it to its list of 25 coolest film festivals in the world.
