Birmingham council approves funding for workspace renovation
The Birmingham City Council approved a project funding agreement with Nextec to renovate a 65,000-square-foot building. The former Edwards Motor Company Building will become flexible workspace and collaboration areas for startups graduating from Innovation Depot.  – Bham Now

Yelp: 3 Alabama donut shops among nation’s best
Three Alabama shops made it on to Yelp’s list of Top 100 Best Donut Shops in the U.S. Making the list were Eufaula’s Donut King, ranking 31st; Bigfoot’s Little Donuts, of Huntsville and Madison, ranking 59th; and Lickin’ Good Donuts, of Gulf Shores, which came in at 77th. – News 19
