A new independent registered investment advisory firm has started in Montgomery.
Marble Wealth is led by co-founders Matthew Murphy, CFP; Rebecca Baker, CPA, CFP, CEPA; and Adam Rogers, CFA. Murphy will serve as chief executive officer, Baker as chief operating officer and Rogers as chief investment officer.
An Auburn University graduate, Murphy is a certified financial planner who has spent the last 14 years as a financial advisor for UBS.
Baker is a certified public accountant and certified financial planner who holds the certified exit planning advisor designation. She earned her bachelor’s degree at the University of Alabama and her MBA at Auburn University Montgomery. She has worked the last six years at UBS. Prior to that, she worked for two years with Morgan Stanley and 10 years in the tax and audit areas of a CPA firm in Montgomery.
Rogers is a chartered financial analyst and a CFA charter holder, having served as president and a board member of the CFA Society of Alabama. He previously spent 17 years with the Retirement Systems of Alabama, serving as equity analyst and portfolio manager. He received his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Alabama.

The three partners are joined by Dustin Hatfield, who will serve as senior wealth associate.
The firm will offer comprehensive planning, investment solutions, tax planning, trusts and estates, risk and insurance, banking and cash management and philanthropy solutions. It has selected Fidelity Brokerage Services LLC as custodian. Fidelity is one of the industry’s most diversified and largest financial services companies.
