New tenants going in at Crestwood Festival Shopping Center

NAI Chase Commercial Realty facilitated the leases

The former Edge Movie Theatre space will soon be converted to Fun City Adventure.

Four new lease transactions totaling more than 142,000 square feet of space at Crestwood Festival Shopping Center have been brokered by NAI Chase Commercial Realty.

Fun City Adventure is an indoor family entertainment facility, which signed a 15-year lease and took over the former Edge Movie Theatre. Fun City will have activities such as a trampoline center, bumper car rides, go carts, virtual reality gaming, laser tag, bowling, roller skating and more.

Crestwood Pickers Antique Mall & Marketplace will occupy 69,082 square feet when Burlington Coat Factory vacates the space at the end of February.

Armor Gym is a 24-hour fitness company that has leased 17,690 square feet, previously the Eplex, which is slated to open next month.

“These new tenants will offer something for all ages. The redevelopment will include a new façade and parking lot,” said Steven Verstandig, president of Citywide Properties. He added that the company has three deals with Fun City and Crestwood would be the first location to open.

With these leases, “the center will now be 90% leased, with solid tenants,” said Vanessa Morris, leasing and sales specialist for NAI Chase Commercial Realty.

On behalf of owners Citywide Properties LLC and V&S LLC Shopping Center Development, NAI Chase’s Morris represented the property owners, while Verstandig represented the lease with Fun City Adventure.
