Alabama Associated General Contractors has selected its 2025 board members and officers, including its executive committee.
Greer Walker, of Wiregrass Construction Co. in Huntsville, is the new statewide president, with Mike Scarborough, of Rabren General Contractors Inc. of Auburn, serving as vice president.
“We look forward to having Greer lead our organization. He has been selfless with his commitment to Alabama AGC, and the energy he will bring to the association will be welcomed by all of our members,” said Billy Norrell, CEO of Alabama AGC.
Others on the executive committee include Hasting Sykes, of Sykes Weaver General Contractors in Birmingham, serving as second vice president and Chad Ammons, of Ammons & Blackmon LLC of Mobile, serving as treasurer. Mac Caddell, of Caddell Construction Co. in Montgomery, is chairman of the board.
