Canada-based Lithos Energy says its processing facility in Bessemer is fully operational, processing lithium-enriched brines from Chile and Argentina. The plant uses a technology called AcQua, which Lithos says is becoming the “global standard” in efficient sustainable lithium production. – PR Newswire

International lawsuit involving Mobile company dismissed again

A judge has once again dismissed a lawsuit that alleged Mobile-based DRC was ruined because of fraud by Honduras involving a $177 million water and sewer contract. The suit was filed in 2017, dismissed in 2020, appealed and then dismissed again last week.  – Fox 10
