Gateway Ventures and Bullpen Real Estate are celebrating the opening of Laurel at Dry Creek Wednesday from 4-7 p.m. in west Huntsville. The multifamily development sports 343 units at 393 Johns Road Northwest.
“Since my wife is a Huntsville native, I have a personal connection to the city,” said Matt Capps, partner at Bullpen. “We are so excited to welcome the Rocket City community for a first look at our new multifamily development.”
The 20-acre community is near Cummings Research Park and close to shopping and dining amenities, as well as a major job center. The secured-access community features several amenities including a resort-style pool, grilling stations, fitness center, pickleball court, lighted walking trails, free electric car charging stations, a dog park and more. The units come in a variety of options, including apartments, townhomes and carriage homes. Inside the units are luxury finishes, walk-in closets, wood cabinetry and open concept floor plans.
“As Huntsville recently became the largest city in Alabama by population — and is poised to attract new industry with its technology, research and educated workforce — we think it’s poised for unprecedented growth and opportunity. We are excited to support this growth by offering an upscale, amenity-rich apartment community at an approachable price point for the existing and new families now calling Huntsville home,” said Mack Reese, managing partner at Gateway Ventures.
